For further information contact: mgouthro@bournemouth.ac.uk

The aim of this special interest group is to linked to the AEME objective:

  • To encourage international exchange of ideas and best practice in events.

  • To support, undertake and disseminate events research.

The Sustainability SIG aims to meet quarterly and create a place for sharing of best practice, research, cross-institution collaboration and supportive discussion around Sustainability.

Meetings will take place on MS Teams 4 times a year, as well as hopefully the opportunity to feedback on the SIG's work in person at the annual AEME forum.

Meetings information will be shared on the aeme@jiscmail.ac.uk list.  Ongoing, the aim is that members of the Sustainability SIG will collaborate and agree on the content and style of the meetings and make contributions to these meetings through sharing their practice and research.

As AEME Members, if you would like me to add you as a member of the Sustainability SIG to get email updates and meeting invitations, please email me and I will add you to the list.
