Each Member University is eligible for ONE FREE PLACE at the Forum. Please ensure that the FREE delegate(s) complete the booking form ticking the "FREE delegate place" box.

Additional member applications are chargeable at £100 per person.

*Save £50 on this year's Forum fee by paying 11/12 membership fee of £200 by 30 June 2011. Membership will run from  1st September 2011 - 31st August 2012.

• Cheque - in £ sterling and made payable to 'University of Wolverhampton'
• Postal order or sterling bankers draft - drawn on a UK bank
